Elliot has been a Regional Analyst at Intelligence Fusion since December 2024.
Elliot studied Geography with International relations as an undergraduate before obtaining an MA in International Relations: Global Security and Development from the University of Plymouth in 2020. His dissertation focused on Swedish and Finnish neutrality in light of the Russian annexation of Crimea and Donbas regions, alongside the grand strategy employed by Sweden and Finland should Russia invade.
